If for any reason you are dissatisfied, you may return your HCG order and receive a full refund, minus shipping ($8 Domestic / $35 International). These fees will be charged regardless of how much was paid for shipping since these are our actual shipping and processing costs. Opened orders will receive full refund, minus shipping ($8 Domestic /$35 International) and a 8% safe disposal fee. Should you cancel and order before it ships, you will receive a full refund. If you need to return an order, please contact us here for a RMA number first. Packages without a RMA number will not be refunded.

SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped via the United States Postal Service. In general, shipping times are as follows (not including processing time):

-          US First Class: 2-5 Business Days
-          International First Class: Up to 3 weeks
-          International Express Mail: 5-8 Business Days

International Express Mail is offered at a discount to our international customers as a courtesy to help expedite orders. Since we still pay the regular rate, international returns are debited the full shipping rate from their refund ($35). We want you to get your order as fast as possible but unfortunately cannot guarantee shipping times. This is especially true with international orders (including Canada) due to local customs and local Postal Services. Occasionally orders can get lost in the mail. If you have not received your package in the following times, please contact us so we can investigate. If the package cannot be located, we will arrange for a replacement order to be sent:

-          International First Class: 4 Weeks
-          International Express Mail: 1.5 Weeks
